About

Who We Are

Nick Costa is owner and founder of Washington Job Placement Services located in Centralia Washington. My credentials include a Master's Degree in Education and a Special Education Endorsement. I have worked for almost five years as a successful Employment Specialist in one of the largest employment agencies for people with disabilities in Washington State. On August 1st 2011 I established Washington Job Placement Services to better serve my client’s individual needs.

Person Centered Planning

Washington Job Placement Services employs a Person Centered Planning strategy which revolves around the client…not the job market. This means really getting to know our clients; i.e. discovering their abilities and learning about their individual goals. Person Centered Planning is the first step to successfully placing clients into paid employment and allowing their abilities to shine as they begin to see their own Potential Realized.

Washington Job Placement Services has proven to be a great choice for clients looking for fulfilling employment opportunities and doing what they enjoy. Washington Job Placement Services is also the best choice for employers looking for the right employee. After careful analysis of the business and specific job position requirements, employers can trust Washington Job Placement Services to provide a candidate who will be a great fit for the position.

Our Mission and Values

Potential Realized is not simply a slogan but it is why Washington Job Placement Services began and why we continue to see people succeed. Potential Realized means that we care enough and know enough about our clients to accurately represent them as we mediate, advocate, and negotiate with potential employers on their behalf. Every client referred to Washington Job Placement Services has great significance and value and will be treated with the dignity they deserve. At Washington Job Placement Services success means that every client’s potential begins to be realized as we help guide them through the employment process and on to their individual employment goals.
